We believe that the current state of mental health is truly horrible, and yet it is not all "doom and gloom" 

 
The need for emotional intellignece, empathy and genuine connection is more important today than ever before.
 
There are indeed individuals and organizations making an impact  that should be celebrated.
 
 It is our goal to...

Depression In Australia: 

2020–2022, 7.5% of Australians (1.5 million people) aged 16–85 years had a 12-month Affective disorder.

 Almost one in seven people (13.5%) aged 16–24 years had a 12-month Affective disorder.

Domestic Violence in Australia: 

The prevalence of violence and abuse by partners was higher for women with 27% and men with 15%, having experienced violence or emotional/economic abuse by a partner. 

That is 42% of Australians 18 years old and above.

Suicide in Australia:

3249 Australians died by suicide in 2022.

Over 7 million Australian adults are close to someone who has died by Suicide or attempted suicide.

1 in 2 young people are impacted by suicide by the time they turn 25.

We aim to positively inflence the statistics

 

There are many people, groups and businesses doing great work, using various methods. Without whom the state of mental health in Australia would be a lot worse.

We choose to honour and support them by listing them on our database.

 

Our free database will provide a variety of choices to people looking to improve their wellbeing.

 

We were inspired in 2023 to create a not for profit, to create a community with heightened  awareness and a more complete approach to life.

 

Our purpose:

Providing services and support, to reduce the incidence and severity of Depression, Domestic Violence and suicide in Australia.
